Ilfusion is searching for an account management intern that is eager to learn and be completely immersed in the operations at a marketing and creative agency in downtown Fort Worth.
The internship will provide an opportunity to gain experience in client-related projects to help start your career in account management. The position will focus on learning how to service clients by establishing organization and facilitating regular internal updates and interaction. Through this internship you will develop valuable project awareness and positive client communication.
The account management intern will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the web, graphic and social media departments on the day-to-day execution of projects and campaigns for a large range of clients. They will learn how to effectively and efficiently utilize project management software, including Basecamp, Harvest and Project Flow to set priorities, assign tasks and monitor project progress. Ilfusion is constantly evolving and growing, and therefore always looking to add creative, innovative, and passionate people to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in both internal team and client meetings
- Conducts new business and client research
- Assists accounts team with daily operations of client projects
- Utilizes Basecamp by creating projects, to-dos and deliverable discussions
- Participates in project brainstorming sessions
- Creates templates and project plans
- Reviews and proofreads project deliverables
- Maintains internal project communication
