Let’s get engaged…

No not that type of engagement, even though there are some similarities.

We’re talking about agency-client engagement, and we love this stuff. We like to call our engagement a partnership because we don’t work for our clients, and our clients don’t work for us, we work together and that’s the way it should be. We pride ourselves in our process from start to finish. It is a scary and risky decision to put your trust and money into an agency and we understand this, which is why we show our true colors right from the get-go. We see no benefit in tricking you into business with us by presenting a false persona, if we show you who we really are and what we are all about and you decide to join us, then that spark is lit and it’s game time!

Investing any amount of time and resources into a project that you don’t feel comfortable completing yourself can lead to stress, criticism, and doubt. We know these feelings, that’s why when it comes to priorities, communication and client engagement is at the top of our list.

Attentive.

There will be a heavy dosage of interaction throughout any partnership and it will not always be organized and cohesive. We are well-versed in listening to needs and gathering expectations from informal meetings to formal presentations. You have a magnitude of different tasks at hand so we make sure to listen carefully to everything being said to ensure we can translate your thoughts into the final piece you envisioned.

Transparent.

One of the quickest ways to lose your trust is to be dishonest and make excuses. We are all human, so forgetting to send a document, missing a deadline, not having information or not having an answer are things that are going to happen. We handle hiccups and put out fires by being honest from the start, taking full responsibility when it is on us, and finding the right solution.

We will say no, if needed.

Saying yes to all client requests might seem like a great way to make clients happy, and maybe in some future world it will be, but sometimes a client request is simply not a good one. Always saying yes can be harmful to you, our team, and our relationship. We know our limits, we know our services, and with our experience we know when we need to say no. We don’t simply say “no”, though. We will let you know why and then offer options that allow us to reach a mutual solution. This honesty will form a stronger partnership between your business and our agency, by providing you with value and showing our commitment to your vision.

We’re Available.

We will make ourselves available. We live in the same world as you and we understand how hectic the work day/week can be. If early morning hours or late afternoons are needed then that’s what we will do to get the job done. You will notice if we partner together that our cell numbers will be available to you, and we have no problem answering outside of work, we only ask that you not take advantage of our personal time if it can wait.

At the end of the day it comes down to our agency giving you a tangible reason to keep coming back, and here at Ilfusion building a partnership through engagement and honest communication is how we do it.

If you are shopping around for an agency, or have questions regarding any aspect of marketing, from branding to SEO, social to website builds, and everything in between, reach us by phone (888-420-5115) or email ([email protected]).
